A comprehensive introduction to welding at Phoenix Forge. This class covers the fundamentals you need to start welding with real confidence — safety, machine setup, striking an arc and producing strong, clean welds. By the end of the day you will have the skills to continue welding in your own workshop.

MIG welding is the most accessible and versatile welding process for beginners, and the one most useful for practical fabrication, vehicle restoration and general metalwork. This class gives you a solid foundation and the confidence to continue practising at home.
