Gift Voucher FAQs

How quickly is the voucher delivered?
Instantly — as soon as payment is confirmed the voucher is emailed automatically. You can send it directly to the recipient or to yourself to print and present.
How long is the voucher valid for?
All Phoenix Forge gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If the recipient needs more time, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Can the voucher be used on any class?
Yes — vouchers are redeemable against any class at Phoenix Forge. If the voucher value is less than the class price, the recipient simply pays the difference at booking.
Can I send it directly to the recipient?
Yes — at checkout you can enter the recipient's email address and the voucher will go straight to them. Or enter your own email and forward it yourself when the time is right.
What if the class I want isn't available on the dates shown?
New dates are added regularly. If a suitable date isn't showing, contact us on 01267 234 603 and we will do our best to arrange something.
Can vouchers be refunded?
Vouchers are non-refundable but are fully transferable — the recipient can pass the voucher to someone else if they are unable to attend.
